We have named our rooms after popular tourist attractions in Teesdale - but the names are not obvious! For instance, the Honeymoon Suite is named Josephine's Room for Bowes Museum - the we have Peg's Room, Anne's Room - see if you find the links!

All 27 of The Morritt's rooms are en-suite. They are each individually furnished and are fully equipped with hospitality trays, remote controlled televisions and data points.

Some of the rooms have four-poster or traditional deluxe brass beds along with Amish patchwork quilts which add to the cosiness of many of the bedrooms.

Our newly refurbished designer rooms really do have the "wow factor"... whether you are looking for a luxurious whirlpool bathroom, a dreamy four poster pink bedroom, a beamed room with lots of character or a four poster room with inglenook fireplace - we have it all.
