The Morritt Country House Hotel has been privately owned by Barbara- Anne Johnson and Peter Phillips for 16 years. At The Morritt we appreciate the need for hardworking and conscientious team members. We are looking for people who are able to work as part of our established team, are able to work with their own initiative and who are passionate about their role within the hotel. We are committed to offering a good rate of pay with 28 days holiday per year (pro rata) and flexible working shifts.

Night Porter

This is a permenant role within the company. The Shift Pattern is 4 Nights On 4 Nights Off - each shift is 9 hours. Duties: Security of the hotel, Food & Beverage service to residential guests as required. Cleaning the public areas of the hotel. Setting up and clearing down functions & conferences. Other jobs as required.

Conference & Banqueting Manager

This is a permenant & full time role within the company. Please contact Mr Robinson for more information as below.

Casual Waiting-On

This is a casual role within the hotel and will involve serving food & beverages to customer predominately in a function environment.
