The Morritt Country House Hotel has been privately owned by Barbara- Anne Johnson and Peter Phillips for 16 years. At The Morritt we appreciate the need for hardworking and conscientious team members. We are committed to offering a good rate of pay with 28 days holiday per year (pro rata) and flexible working shifts.

Night Porter

This is a permenant role within the company. The Shift Pattern is 4 Nights On 4 Nights Off - each shift is 9 hours. Duties: Security of the hotel, Food & Beverage service to residential guests as required. Cleaning the public areas of the hotel. Setting up and clearing down functions & conferences. Other jobs as required.

Conference & Banqueting Manager

Casual Waiting-On

This is a casual role within the hotel and will involve serving food & beverages to customer predominately in a function environment.
