Booking terms & conditions
Arrive for 7.30 pm, dinner is served at 8.00 pm. The disco plays until 1 am with last orders at the bar being at 12.30 am.

We do not guarantee the position of your table within the function suites; you may be seated in the ballroom, garden room or rokeby room, however larger parties are guaranteed seating in the same room. No matter how large or small your group, we will ensure suitable seating arrangements for your party.

If you wish to have a room for private dining the following options are available:

Blue room - 04-12 persons - £ 75.00 - Room hire charge
Rokeby room - 20-36 persons - £150.00 - Room hire charge
Garden room - 45-60 persons - £200.00 - Room hire charge

A non-refundable/non-transferable deposit of £10.00 per person is required within 14 days of making the reservation; payments can be made by cash, cheque (only one cheque per party) or credit/debit card. *The payment balance is then due together with the menu pre-order by 21 November 2008. Payment for the balance can be cash or a single cheque. Credit/debit card payments are acceptable but would incur a 2.5% charge. Once the payment balance has been received and numbers confirmed, this will be considered as final. We reserve the right to automatically release any reservation where payment has not been received by the due date.

For parties of 10 or more persons a seating plan is required with the menu pre-order.

Should anyone cancel, their pre-payment cannot be used towards drinks or other services for the remaining party members.

A list of our wine selection will be available on our web page from 1 November 2008. Should you wish to order wine for your party, please download the wine selector and complete your selection, returning it with full payment with your party’s food pre order and payment.

Strictly smart dress code (no jeans or trainers).
The party organiser is the only person who may make amendments to the reservation and is totally responsible for the good conduct of their party.

Coffee and tea is included with the meal, this will be available after the service of desserts and will be made available from a 'self service' station, this will enable the party to get underway earlier than if beverages were offered as table service.

We reserve the right to amend the content of the event without notice, should circumstances beyond our control deem it necessary.

The bar may be closed at any point during the evening, should the hotel management deem it necessary to do so.

A service charge is not included in our tariff as we feel it should be left to the discretion of our diner/s.

Accommodation
A limited number of twin/double bedrooms are available, at a special rate when attending the christmas party, these being as follows:

Standard bedroom: £65.00
Superior bedroom: £80.00
Designer bedroom: £100.00

Rates are per room (maximum 2 persons sharing) and inclusive of value added tax at 17.5%. In order to obtain these special discounted room rates, full payment is required upon booking and all payments received are non-refundable/non-transferable. Breakfast is not included in the tariff, but may be pre-booked at a special rate of £10.00 per person for a full English breakfast. Payment is required upon booking.

Should you require an alternative date for your Christmas party, 'bespoke' parties can be arranged, however a minimum number of 80 persons are required.
