Rates are per room per night and are inclusive of full morritt breakfast and value added tax at 17.5%. Each of our twenty-seven bedrooms are double or twin bedded with en-suite facilities and have beverage making equipment, iron & board, hair dryer, colour television, radio & telephone with data

Children
There are three family rooms available, these consist of either a double bed & bunk beds, a double bed & full size single bed or a double bed with a sofa bed & fold-away Childs bed.

Children under the age of 12 years: £20.00
Children in cots: £5.00
Children in their own room: Full adult tariff
Children's rates are inclusive of morritt breakfast. This tariff is based on a child sharing a room with two full paying persons

Early Check-In Facility!
Check-in is from 3 pm on the day of arrival. An earlier check-in facility is available for an additional charge of £35.00 per room. This would guarantee the bedroom to be available to you from 12 noon on the day of arrival. This facility is only available when pre-booked with the hotel reception.

Dogs
Dogs are accepted in two of our standard courtyard bedrooms. We would ask that a dog bed is supplied and that dogs are not left unattended. There is an small charge of £5.00 per dog per night.

Booking Terms and Conditions
A non-refundable/non-transferable deposit of £25.00 per room per night is required upon booking to secure the reservation. Checkout is 11 am on the day of departure. Major credit & debit cards are accepted, with the exception of American Express & Diners. Accommodation cancelled 1 - 7 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% cancellation charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the 3pm check-in time will incur a 100% cancellation charge, which will automatically be deducted from the guarantee card. A charge may also be deducted from your card for the cost of any damage caused to your bedroom or to the hotel property.
